Dear members of the Western Reserve Planned Giving Council:

At the Western Reserve Planned Giving Council board meeting on May 21, 2008, a quorum was present and voted unanimously for the dissolution of WRPGC.

All WRPGC memberships will be honored by Northern Ohio Planned Giving Council (NOPGC -- www.nopgc.org) through individual expiration dates. WRPGC members will then have the opportunity to renew for the NOPGC. National membership is not affected.

NOPGC offers many benefits. NOPGC hosts luncheons, virtual seminars and one all day conference covering a wide array of topics of interest to planned giving professionals, at both the basic and advanced level. Presentations are delivered by local as well as national speakers. Throughout the year, NOPGC will host several joint educational seminars with organizations such as the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Greater Cleveland Chapter and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. Additionally NOPGC offers a ˝ day basic seminar for anyone new to the field. Members receive reduced rates to all programs.

Please note that LEAVE A LEGACYŽ Summit/Portage/Medina remains in existence and will not be affected by this change.
